About the role:

As a Mental Health Clinician, you’ll work within the Adult Community Team to provide compassionate, person-centred care coordination for adults experiencing a range of mental health issues. You’ll be part of a contemporary, multidisciplinary team that uses evidence-based practice to support consumers on their recovery journey. Your day-to-day will include conducting mental state examinations, assessing risk, and developing collaborative care plans—all while working closely with a supportive leadership team and wider network of mental health professionals.



About you:

You're a dedicated clinician with:

  • A passion for supporting people living with complex mental health conditions
  • The ability to conduct thorough mental health assessments and risk evaluations
  • Strong communication skills and a knack for building therapeutic relationships
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team

Some things can be learned, but a genuine interest in mental health care and commitment to person-centred practice are essential.



Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, or Social Work
  • Registration with AHPRA or membership with AASW (as applicable to profession)
  • Current NSW driver’s licence
