About the role:
Manning Base Hospital is seeking a Social Work Manager to lead a team of passionate and dedicated allied health professionals, ensuring the highest standard of care for our diverse and thriving community.
As part of our leadership team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping service delivery, fostering innovation, and driving continuous improvement in patient care. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance outcomes, provide mentorship to staff, and contribute to a supportive and forward-thinking workplace culture.
You will receive support across the district from professional colleagues, the allied health directorate, and the Manning and Wingham Hospital Executive Team.
About you:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated leader with strong negotiation skills, exceptional people management abilities, and a positive leadership style to inspire and support our dedicated team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Social Work or equivalent with eligibility for membership with Australian Association of Social Work (AASW).
