Ward E3 is a dynamic 30-bed elective orthopaedic surgical unit, dedicated to delivering exceptional care to our patients. Our team is committed to upholding the highest standards of care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary colleagues, patients, families, and carers to ensure comprehensive and compassionate treatment.

Joining Ward E3 offers the opportunity to develop specialist skills in the management of pre- and post-operative care for elective orthopaedic patients, while also caring for a diverse range of cases, including trauma, general/acute surgery, and vascular patients.

We pride ourselves on fostering a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where strong communication and professional resilience are essential. Our team members are proactive, engaging with patients and their families to understand their needs and enhance service delivery. Requirements:

  • Enrolled Nurse (Medication Endorsed where applicable) with current Authority to Practice with AHPRA.


Additional information:

  • This position is full time; however, part time/job share arrangements may also be considered.
  • An eligibility list will be created for future permanent full or part time and temporary full or part time vacancies.
  • To be eligible for permanent employment in this position you must be an Australian Citizen, or a permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen with a current New Zealand Passport.
