As the successful candidate you will be a member of the dynamic and enthusiastic Executive Team and will lead an exceptional team of Allied Health staff who are passionate about providing patient centred care.  You will conduct Accountability Meetings with the Allied Health & Support Staff managers and lead by example, contributing to the Whole of Health Program in conjunction with responsibility of being a Ward Sponsor.

We are looking for a strong leader to join our executive team with a clinical and management background including strategic development, change management, leadership, and operational management. In addition, superior communication skills, interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to consult and negotiate effectively with both internal and external key stakeholders across all levels. You will have high level communication and negotiation skills and will be supported via internal and external education as required to enhance these skills.
