As the successful candidate you will be a member of the dynamic and enthusiastic Executive Team and will lead an exceptional team of Allied Health staff who are passionate about providing patient centred care.  You will conduct Accountability Meetings with the Allied Health & Support Staff managers and lead by example, contributing to the Whole of Health Program in conjunction with responsibility of being a Ward Sponsor.

In addition, superior communication skills, interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to consult and negotiate effectively with both internal and external key stakeholders across all levels.
