You’ll have a keen interest in understanding family dynamics, child development, attachment theory, and the impact of trauma on individuals and families.
The ideal candidate will be someone who values collaboration, is culturally responsive, and committed to working in partnership with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients, families, and communities. Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a proactive approach to professional development and continuous improvement.
