About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse to step into a Clinical Nurse Educator role at Armidale Hospital. You’ll play a key role in staff education and development, supporting nurses to deliver safe, evidence-based care in the after hours clinical settings. In this part-time position, you will lead initiatives that enhance clinical knowledge, mentor staff in their professional growth, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of patient outcomes across the facility.
About you

- Proven ability to deliver clinical education in a healthcare environment

Requirements
- Current Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Recent experience in clinical education and/or staff development
- Demonstrated ability to plan, deliver and evaluate education programs
- Commitment to excellence in patient care and continuous improvement
