What You Will Be Doing:
As an Administration Officer Level 2 in our Imaging Department, you will be a valued team member in this dynamic rural hospital setting, you’ll enjoy a collaborative and supportive environment, where your administration skills and patient-centred approach will make a real difference.

The medical Imaging department can be a very busy environment with multiple competing demands. As a receptionist you will be the first contact and face of the department dealing with our patients.
The position is to provide administrative support through the management of patient bookings, arrivals and on site support. Each day is different but enjoyable.

  • Managing frontline reception tasks in a busy clinical setting.
  • Handling phone, email, and in-person inquiries professionally.
  • Using multiple computer-based operating systems efficiently.
  • Accurately maintaining records and filing systems.
  • Working collaboratively with the broader health team to ensure seamless patient care.

What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a friendly, happy, yet efficient team player who prioritises patients first and brings a proactive, adaptable, and customer-focused approach.

  • Strong multitasking and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High attention to detail in data entry and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other electronic systems.
  • A commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Prior health administration experience (preferred but not essential).
