About the role:
No two days are the same at Manning Hospital—and that’s exactly what makes it exciting.

You might kick off your morning with a collaborative team huddle, then dive into multidisciplinary meetings on the wards before connecting one-on-one with patients to deliver meaningful, evidence-based care.

From running a VFSS clinic to visiting local aged care facilities or heading out to nearby country towns like Gloucester for community outreach—your work will be as diverse as it is impactful. And when the afternoon rolls around, you might be reviewing new referrals, diving into quality improvement projects, developing your skills through self-directed learning, or catching up on documentation.

You’ll receive regular, tailored clinical supervision suited to your experience and goals, ensuring you're continuously supported in your growth and decision-making.

We also invest heavily in professional development, with access to targeted courses, webinars, on-the-job training, and advanced competency programs. Whether you're refining existing skills or exploring new clinical interests, we’ll help you get there.

Best of all, you’ll be part of a warm, inclusive team that genuinely cares—about each other, our patients, and our community. Here, you’re not just building a career; you’re building connections that last.
