We're looking for a passionate Speech Pathologist to join our dynamic multidisciplinary community health team. In this varied generalist role, you'll work within a team of five speech pathologists, delivering meaningful services across diverse settings. About the role:
This exciting role offers the opportunity to provide outreach services to the Merriwa and Denman Multipurpose Services, delivering vital assessment and intervention for both adults and children with swallowing and communication disorders. You'll also play a key leadership role—mentoring and supervising team members while contributing to innovative quality improvement projects.
The successful candidate will receive regular clinical supervision and strong professional support, ensuring you feel confident and connected in your role. About you:
We are looking for a motivated, flexible speech pathologist who is committed to achieving outstanding outcomes for clients and thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment. The ideal candidate will be confident in independently managing a busy and varied caseload, bringing strong clinical skills, initiative, and a client-centred approach to their work.
Requirements:
- Must hold a bachelor or post graduate degree in speech pathology which provides eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia, or other qualification deemed equivalent by the employer.
- Eligibility to drive in NSW.
