The Role:
As an Enrolled Nurse at Warialda Multi-Purpose Service (MPS), you will provide individualised, high-quality patient and resident care within a dynamic rural health environment, working under the guidance and direction of Registered Nurses. Your role will involve assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating nursing care to achieve optimal health outcomes for each patient and resident. This position promotes holistic, patient-centred care, ensuring the needs and rights of individuals are respected. Collaborating closely with the multidisciplinary team, you will ensure seamless, continuous care, while sensitively communicating with patients, residents, and their families to advocate for their needs, support informed decision-making, and enhance overall health outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Enrolled Nurse with current Authority to Practice with AHPRA and holds relevant clinical experience.
  • Eligible to drive in NSW.
