About the Role
As part of the Child Youth Family team, you will deliver high-quality, specialised child and family health care in an outpatient setting. Working both autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team, your role will include:

Providing care and support to families via in-person clinic visits, home visits, and telehealth services

Applying strong clinical assessment and case management skills
-
Advocating for child well-being and protection
-
Collaborating with local professionals and external agencies such as the NDIS and Cerebral Palsy Alliance to deliver integrated care
