About the opportunity

As the Senior Support Officer, Recruitment, you will be at the forefront of our recruiting and advertising efforts, providing high-level administration and recruitment support. Your contribution will be instrumental in achieving our established objectives, ensuring that our team operates efficiently and effectively.

You will have the opportunity to engage in a diverse range of support services, including end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee/contractor lifecycle activities.

To succeed in this role, you will require a strong attention to detail, the ability to stay organised whilst supporting a high-volume workload and the aptitude to build and maintain positive working relationships through effective communication.

This is a full-time fixed term role until 19 December 2025, based in St Leonards. Secondments are welcome. We offer flexible working arrangements through a hybrid model, which includes attending our St Leonards office at least twice a week to foster a supportive and collaborative culture, while also providing the option to work from alternative locations, including from home.

Please note that as Health Infrastructure is an organisation of NSW Health, the successful applicant must reside in NSW or be willing to relocate if appointed.

This recruitment may be used to create a Talent Pool for similar future roles (ongoing or temporary) that may arise over the next 18 months. 

About you

To succeed in this role, you will require a strong attention to detail, the ability to stay organised whilst supporting a high-volume workload and the aptitude to build and maintain positive working relationships through effective communication.

Experience and knowledge in NSW Health’s recruitment processes and systems including Recruitment and Onboarding (ROB), Fieldglass, and Stafflink will be highly regarded.
