Project Director, Maitland

Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management or a technically related field and demonstrated relevant industry experience

Proven ability to successfully manage and support multidisciplinary teams in a public sector environment

High level analytical and conceptual skills to formulate project plans and strategy within a complex service delivery environment

Extensive experience with projects designed to improve service delivery, reduce capital and operational costs and increase financial viability

Preferable experience in the co-ordination of service or facility planning for a health service and/or hospital

Proven ability to communicate and negotiate change and improvement strategies with stakeholders and executives.

Demonstrated ability to interpret complex information rapidly and accurately

Demonstrated high level verbal and written communications, interpersonal and negotiation skills
