Target questions:

Q1. Outline a time where have you applied lateral thinking for innovative solutions that have had an organisation wide impact?

Q2. HI works collaboratively with the local health districts. Outline an example of when you have communicated complex design concepts with key stakeholders. Describe your approach and highlight what were the challenges and what were the results?

Q3. Describe a situation where you successfully facilitated collaboration among a diverse group of stakeholders to promote the adoption of design standards or best practice during this collaboration.
