- Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience working as a clinician (nursing and midwifery), and professional qualifications in adult learning or equivalent experience in senior leadership of education and training in health sector.
- Demonstrated high level experience in design, development of curriculum and successful program leadership within the Vocational Education, Tertiary Education or Health sector.
- Demonstrated experience in leading educational program design and development including curriculum development and delivery of education using mutli-media with a strong track record of partnering and delivering on time, and within budget.
- Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary education approaches to instructional design methodology, learning needs analysis, content creation and delivery strategies to maximise learner engagement and learning outcomes.
- High level stakeholder management experience in complex settings.
- Excellent oral and written communication and consultation skills including demonstrated skills and experience in facilitation and presentations with sound knowledge of principles and application of adult learning.
- Demonstrated experience in senior leading role leading teams and high-level interpersonal skills and experience leading negotiations and building collaborative working relationships with diverse senior stakeholders for a mutually beneficial outcome.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
