Senior Program Coordinator

1. Tertiary qualifications or demonstrated relevant industry experience, in health, business or regulation, ideally relating to health practitioners.
2. Excellent people management skills with the ability to successfully manage, coach and develop individuals and contribute to forming diverse, flexible, resilient and effective teams characterised by high levels of staff morale, career progression and work performance.
3. High level skills in conceptual and systems thinking including the successful application of innovative approaches and the ability to influence change in work practices as required.
4. Demonstrated experience in all aspects of project management, leading implementation of projects, budget management and the evaluation of project and program outcomes.
5. Demonstrate an understanding of accreditation frameworks and the importance of prevocational accreditation in promoting safe and high-quality patient care and junior doctor wellbeing.
6. Extensive experience in change-management and demonstrated successful approaches to implementing large scale, complex programs.
7. High level verbal and written communication skills including negotiation skills and the ability to resolve conflicts, competing demands and prioritising resources.
8. Demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills with applications e.g. Microsoft Office Suite and aptitude for learning other information management systems.
