- Experience as a GP Proceduralist/Rural Generalist with related experience in rural community general practice and hospital services including on-call.
- Holds a FRACGP and FARCP or a FACRRM.
- Demonstrated commitment to rural generalist training.
- Demonstrated experience and a commitment to the provision of medical training and education and strategic clinical leadership.
- Demonstrated understanding of the NSW Health system as a training environment
- Effectiveness in liaising with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal including public speaking.
- Demonstration of professional behaviour and values.
