  1. Relevant qualifications and demonstrated experience in office and/or executive administration.
  2. Demonstrated experience in providing a range of administrative services including minute taking, coordinating committee meetings, scheduling meetings and preparing papers with a high attention to detail.
  3. Demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills with applications e.g. Microsoft Office Suite and aptitude for learning other information management systems.
  4. Highly developed oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and consultation skills with an ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Skills in undertaking basic research and evaluation activities, for example, gathering, collating and analysing data and information to inform effective decision making with the ability to think creatively and solve problems, apply sound judgement and common sense.
  6. Organisational and project or event management skills including identifying, implementing and monitoring tasks and meeting budgets and timelines.
