Manager Accreditation (Prevocational Training)
This position is the accreditation program lead for the delivery of programs in the Medical Portfolio. The position manages the development, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and reporting of diverse and complex programs and projects across the Medical Portfolio consistent with the HETI Strategic Plan, and the Medical Portfolio Strategic and Operational Plan ensuring delivery within required deadlines, quality standards and at or below budgets.

The role is based in Sydney at 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards in a modern, purpose-built 5 star rated green campus that is well serviced by public transport and access to public parking. Selection Criteria
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Health, Education or Business Management or equivalent, and demonstrated relevant contemporary professional experience in accreditation programs.
- Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders to set the strategic direction for medical training accreditation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage accreditation programs.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage highly skilled networks and partnerships across public, private and not-for-profit sector characterised by the delivery of high quality and complex projects and programs on time and within budget
- Extensive experience in medical education and training accreditation, program and project management, particularly as it relates to policy/program development, implementation and evaluation
