  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or record of ongoing professional development aligned to Procurement and Logistics.
  • Demonstrated experience in procurement and logistics service industry particularly in the development and management of sourcing agreements in a large complex organisation with a proven understanding of procurement systems and industry practice.
  • Sound oral and written communication skills and interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated experience with a Financial Management Information System and managing the accuracy and integrity of data held in a procurement/financial database.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple and concurrent tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office packages and large distributed Financial Management Information System, preferably Oracle.
  • Demonstrated commitment to the provision of high level quality and customer focused services.
  • Proven experience in monitoring and managing multiple vendors performance.
