Remuneration:  $72,285.58 to $73940.1644 plus 11.5% superannuation and loading
Hours Per Week:  38
Location:  Homebush or St Leonards – with hybrid working conditions available 

The Opportunity  

HealthShare NSW are seeking dedicated and customer-focused Service Centre Officers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for taking incoming phone calls, receiving, and processing applications and equipment orders for people needing mobility, communication, self-care, respiratory and prosthetic equipment. In addition, you will provide ongoing support to eligible consumers with consumable reorders and repair and maintenance requests, and process claims for travel and accommodation subsidies.
