What you'll be doing

To develop, implement and maintain meaningful performance indicators and metrics that provide business intelligence for the HealthShare service lines. This role will be responsible for compiling and presenting these performance indicators and other business information that highlight the progress and performance of the operations and potential areas for improvement. The role will also assist in business analytics, process costing and pricing activities.

Selection Criteria

  1. Extensive experience in data analytics in a large and complex/diverse service industry organisation, including relevant qualifications or equivalent. This includes strong knowledge and practical experience in working data capture, extraction, analysis and preparation of reports to assist in business planning, forecasting and process improvements and understanding of management accounting
  2. Demonstrated experience developing meaningful performance indicators and metrics and in the interpretation of complex data, trend analysis and knowledge of management accounting including identification of relevant data, repositories, extraction and interpretation.
  3. Strong analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret information, prepare written reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions.
  4. Demonstrated organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results with a customer focused approach.
  5. Proven engagement, collaboration and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to build, maintain and use relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  6. Demonstrated working experience of Microsoft Suite and SQL/Oracle and Business Intelligence and reporting platform and tools e.g. Qlik/OBIEE/Tableau etc.
  7. Proven capacity to develop, implement and promote performance reporting initiatives, including the capability to plan, manage change, continuous improvement and project manage.
  8. Capacity and willingness, including current NSW driver’s license, to travel to HealthShare NSW business and service locations throughout NSW, which may include overnight stay in regional / remote areas.
