- Demonstrated supervisory experience in day to day running of production operations
- Proven ability to analyse and develop solutions for day-to-day challenges in an operational environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team positively, including organising of workflows and staff
- Sound interpersonal skills and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to integrate quality assurance and customer service principles into day-to-day operations
- Understanding of basic business and financial concepts and how they apply to day to day operations.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, policy and professional standards surrounding Work Health Safety and QA auditing requirements.
- Sound computer skills and knowledge of Window-based programs, such as Word and Excel, and the use of electronic devices
