  • Demonstrated skills and experience at a senior level in managing projects and applying the principles of risk management, human resource management and financial management at a strategic level and operationally.
  • Substantial experience in the application of technical and operation requirements a large scale HRIS and the integration of such systems to other third party applications utilising strong technical, systems based and electronic file management skills
  • Stakeholder engagement experience, preferably in the development and implementation of organisational reform strategies and programs, demonstrating discretion in dealing with stakeholders representing diverse interests
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills and an ability to solve problems with an innovative and creative approach
  • Sound knowledge of the Public Health sector environment, reform processes and the government policy.
  • Highly developed oral and written communication and presentation skills; negotiation and people management skills to influence and gain agreement from diverse stakeholders
  • Substantial experience working in a large scale shared services environment at a senior level that engenders a high productive, cohesive and professional workplace culture
