What you'll be doing

This position is responsible for organisational development through leadership and contribution to organisational development initiatives that improve individual, team and organisational skills, capability and performance.

The focus of the role is implementing the organisational culture approach through diagnostic activities and strategic partnering with business units to provide advice, support and culture change interventions.

The key functions of the Organisational Development team also include, but are not limited to; influencing and educating leaders on appropriate Organisational Development strategies; driving and supporting the use of psychometric assessment in recruitment and development; designing and delivering leadership training; driving the reward and recognition programs; providing coaching and advice to leaders and managers; and collaborating and partnering with key stakeholders to identify and assess organisational development needs to ensure impactful quality solutions to achieve business outcomes.   

Selection Criteria

  1. Recent experience in organisational development in a large diverse service industry organisation, including demonstrated experience in coaching managers, the design and delivery of leadership and training programs that align to business strategy and contribute to organisational performance, and relevant tertiary qualifications.
  2. Demonstrated capacity to drive organisational development initiatives from initial conception through to implementation and delivery, including the capability to plan, project manage and offer business focused solutions that enhance individual, team and organisational capabilities.
  3. Demonstrated organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results with a customer-focused approach.
  4. Strong analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret information, anticipate customer needs, prepare written reports and deal with challenges creatively.
  5. Well-developed interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills with experience engaging stakeholders and customers to influence and achieve business outcomes.
  6. Proven effectiveness as a team player including a flexible, highly driven, self-motivated approach to work and a capacity to participate in a team to drive culture and organisational development initiatives.
  7. Capacity and willingness, including current NSW driver’s license, to travel to eHealth NSW business and service locations throughout NSW.
