How to apply
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria in the application as thoroughly as possible:
- Current registration to practice as an Occupational Therapist with the Occupational Therapy Board and AHPRA, with at least 3 years post graduate clinical experience. Current class C NSW drivers licence or equivalent
- Evidence of advanced clinical skills and demonstrated experience in the provision of occupational therapy services for palliative care clients
- Excellent negotiation, decision making and advocacy skills including collaborative stakeholder consultation.
- Demonstrated advanced reasoning skills and ability to prioritise, organise and manage autonomously across a complex range of clinical settings
- Ability to initiate, lead, complete and share quality improvement initiatives and service evaluation processes with other staff
- Demonstrated experience in the provision of clinical supervision, mentoring and development of junior staff and students
