​​​​​​​Selection Criteria

  1. Tertiary health related qualifications in level 3 or level 2 ¾ working towards level 3 Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapist and registered to practice in Australia through regulatory board.
  2. Willingness to upskill in existing and emerging technologies used in the management of neuro-degenerative disorders.
  3. Demonstrated skills in clinical reasoning, case management with an ability to undertake comprehensive assessments and develop plans of care in collaboration with the patient/client, family and multidisciplinary team.
  4. Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team with internal and external partners.
  5. Demonstrated ability to work and partner with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients, their families and communities focusing on the enhancement of health outcomes.
  6. Demonstrated ability to use computer software to report and record appropriate data relevant to quality improvement and service development initiatives (Including virtual care modalities for service delivery.)
  7. Demonstrated ability to adhere to the defined standards of ethical and professional conduct consistent with the current NSW Health Code of Conduct and/or relevant professional standards where applicable.
  8. Evidence of a current class C driver’s license to travel for work purposes. This may involve driving long distances within the Health District with overnight stays.
