Selection Criteria

  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications in nursing and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  2. Minimum of five (5) years FTE post graduate MHDA care experience, preferably with post graduate qualifications relevant to MHDA service provision.
  3. Demonstrated commitment and ability to work collaboratively and effectively with MHDA consumers and carers.
  4. Demonstrated ability to synthesise information and develop clear and succinct reports/policy documents/Models of Care.
  5. Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, present and evaluate education/training.
  6. Evidence of understanding of and commitment to the consumer/care participation, the recovery model and person centred care.
  7. Demonstrated ability to work collegially with NGOs and colleagues to the benefit of consumers and carers.
  8. Demonstrated ability to implement changes and develop direction in clinical practice through planning, quality management and research
