Selection Criteria
- Qualifications in Business Administration or a relevant field or equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience.
- Experience in the use of electronic email systems, MS Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and databases, including data gathering and preparation of reports
- Sound and practical understanding of contemporary workforce and organisational management issues within the health sector.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the various medical awards relevant to NSW Health.
- High level and demonstrated sound organisational, analytical and complex problem solving skills with the ability to successfully manage competing priorities, deliver quality outcomes and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent negotiation, decision making and conflict resolution skills including the ability to interact constructively and collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders, throughout all organisational levels.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks within a demand driven Unit.
- Highly developed problem-solving, coordination and organisational skills with sound judgment and initiative in the resolution of urgent issues and setting priorities.
