Manager Mental Health Recovery and Rehabilitation Unit

• Tertiary qualification in health care with a minimum of 3 years' experience in leadership and management.
• Demonstrated senior leadership experience with involvement in leading and managing a diverse range of staff in a mental health care setting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of legislation and policy requirements that govern the provision of mental health care.
• Proven ability to create and maintain a positive workplace culture and articulate and achieve a vision for the FWLHD Recovery and Rehabilitation unit.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure human, physical, and financial resources of the unit are managed effectively to deliver safe care.
• Demonstrated evidence of the ability to lead in an environment that prioritises contemporary mental health recovery orientated practices.
• Evidence of a current class C driver's license, ability, and willingness to travel for work purposes.
