Remuneration: $36.39 - $51.09 per hour + Superannuation
Hours: 6 x 12 hour rotating shifts (8 days/8 days off) or (8 days/3 weeks off)

Work in one of the Far West LHD's newer, modern facilities in a beautiful location 100 metres from the Murrumbidgee river and be an important and valuable member or our team and get the best of both worlds without the need to move!
This small hospital has 16 aged care including respite beds, 8 acute beds, Emergency Department and 2 Resus beds which is supported by Virtual Nurse Assist and My Emergency Doctor.
The Must Haves
To be eligible to apply you must live in NSW/VIC/SA as due to our regional location, we are unable to successfully connect flights to WA/NT/TAS and NZ.
- 2 years experience as a Registered Nurse working in Emergency and Triage competent
- Basic and Advanced Life Support
- Trauma Care
- ECG, Resuscitation, Non Invasive Cannulation, Venepuncture
- Focus on providing excellent patient care including working with aged care patients
- Is an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or has a valid Visa with full working rights

- Registered Nurse award rates based on evidence of years of service
- Daily Meal Allowance up to $120.85 per day

- RHWIS paid as an hourly rate fortnightly up to $10K

How to Apply
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria in the application as thoroughly as possible by selecting APPLY NOW below:
- Current nursing/midwifery registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with postgraduate qualification in relevant field to position or willingness to undertake.
- Recent remote and Emergency Department clinical experience, including current Advanced Life Support Accreditation.
- Demonstrated application of professional and ethical boundaries to the delivery of patient care in the context of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Demonstrated application of evidence based practice and critical thinking to advocate for and implement individualised person centred care patient care.
- Demonstrated capacity to interact with others in a personable and professional manner and personally resolve conflicts when they arise.
- Demonstrated commitment to work and partner with Aboriginal and Torres Strait, Islander patients and families and employees to enhance health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients.
- Evidence of participation in own professional development and commitment to maintaining competence and enhancement of skills, and willingness to apply and share professional expertise with colleagues.
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills within a multidisciplinary team.
