Skills and Knowledge
- Recognised degree in psychology, dietetics, social work, occupational therapy with eligibility for NSW Registration/Professional Association where relevant.
- Demonstrated track record of senior clinical leadership, service administration and management, project management and advanced level clinical competency including substantial specialist experience in eating disorder service provision.
- Demonstrated skill in the analysis of complex issues, problem solving, formulating new approaches and implementing comprehensive change programs and improvement strategies, including the ability to develop and monitor outcomes
- Effective high level interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Experience in provision of training and supervision to mental health practitioners in evidence-based therapies and interventions
- Excellent project management and organisation skills with ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work in a manner that engenders mutual respect in a cross cultural environment and ability to work with minimal supervision and use initiative
- Current licence to drive in NSW
