Eating Disorders Coordinator

1. Recognised degree in psychology, social work, occupational therapy, dietetics with eligibility for NSW Registration/Professional Association where relevant.
2. Demonstrated track record of senior clinical leadership, service administration and management, project management and advanced level clinical competency including substantial specialist experience in eating disorder service provision.
3. Demonstrated skill in the analysis of complex issues, problem solving, formulating new approaches and implementing comprehensive change programs and improvement strategies, including the ability to develop and monitor outcomes
4. Effective high level interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
5. Experience in provision of training and supervision to mental health practitioners in evidence-based therapies and interventions
6. Excellent project management and organisation skills with ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
7. Demonstrated ability to work in a manner that engenders mutual respect in a cross cultural environment and ability to work with minimal supervision and use initiative
8. Current licence to drive in NSW
