What we're looking for

  1. Extensive experience as a software developer in a large and complex service industry organisation working with IBM TRIRIGA or equivalent integrated workplace management system, including relevant qualifications.
  2. Superior knowledge and practical experience utilising Application Administration and Application Builder tools and Utilities. This includes proven experience in system setup, design, administration, data management and integration with other data sources and systems using SOAP based XML Web Services, Java, Oracle or similar technologies/methods.
  3. Excellent written and oral communication skills with demonstrated experience in developing quality documentation and ability to build and maintain customer and stakeholder relationships.
  4. Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills including the ability to troubleshoot and analyse and interpret complex client requirements deal with challenges creatively and achieve business and customer focused solutions.
  5. Experience in change control management/version control processes and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) management.
  6. Demonstrated extensive ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team in a high pressure environment. This includes the ability to lead as a senior member of the team and provide coaching and support to help build capability within the team.
  7. Knowledge and/or experience in the development and utilisation of UX Design, Java Script, HTML5, XML and Windows.
