To be considered for this position, you will need to attach your resume and detail your experience, knowledge and capabilities in written responses to the Targeted Questions detailed below in the questionnaire and then submit your application.

• Relevant experience and a record of achievement in Service Delivery Management in a large and complex service environment, what was your involvement. Please include relevant qualifications or equivalent demonstrated experience, extensive knowledge and experience across multiple ITIL v3 disciplines such as Service Strategy, Service Transition and Service Operation with a particular focus on Service Design and Continual Service Improvement.
• Provide an example of when you have worked in a high pressure situation with competing priorities in order to meet deadlines. Provide an example of one of those times and how you managed the situation. What was the outcome?
• Give an example where you have had to influence and work with a key customer or stakeholder to follow an established process whilst overcoming change resistance. Explain what you did, and how you used your communication and influencing skills to how you did it and how it helped achieve the desired outcome.
