Training Lead

1. Extensive experience in adult learning and development in a large and complex/diverse service industry organisation, including relevant qualifications (Certificate IV in Training and Assessment 40116) or equivalent. This includes strong knowledge and practical experience in working within technical training, preferably within a large scale ICT project environment.
2. Proven ability to assume a lead role in the scope, design, development, delivery and evaluation of software training from inception through to implementation.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills including written, facilitation, presentation and consultation skills.
4. Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint). High level exposure in eLearning software (for example; Articulate Storyline, Camtasia Studio, Abode Creative Cloud and/or Video Scribe).
5. Demonstrated organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results both individually and for a team.
6. Proven ability to collaborate, influence and negotiate with stakeholders (including Subject Matter Experts and/or vendors) to deliver high quality outcomes.
7. Capacity and willingness, including current NSW driver’s license, to travel to eHealth NSW business and service locations throughout NSW, which may include overnight stay in regional / remote areas.
