We are searching for an enthusiastic and motivated Talent Acquisition Advisor to join the People and Culture team within eHealth NSW, supporting a fast paced, high volume recruitment portfolio experiencing rapid growth.
You will be involved in all aspects of our hiring process, both strategic and operational, partnering with leaders to attract top talent and deliver a seamless candidate experience.

Working both independently and collaboratively with the broader Talent/HR Team, you will:
- Design creative sourcing strategies that align with policy and best practice
- Deliver contemporary end to end customer focussed recruitment services and provide high quality advice to portfolio clients
- Implement proactive and strategic ways to provide solutions and deliver a positive and successful recruitment process for projects
- Coach and support managers on best practice contemporary recruitment approaches and talent management strategies.
- Build strong partnerships with stakeholders at all levels to ensure the talent needs of your portfolio are proactively met.
- Report on recruitment activities, highlighting and resolving any process bottlenecks and challenges.
- Contribute to innovative projects particularly around talent attraction and engagement
About you
To succeed as a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will have a unique blend of experience in Talent Acquisition and project coordination including:
- Demonstrated experience in providing high quality recruitment advice within a complex, fast paced environment.
- Strong ability to understand and stay up to date with digital health and ICT terminology and trends.
- Attention to detail, especially in written and verbal communication and strong ability to work autonomously, collaboratively and contribute to a positive culture
- Experience in coordinating recruitment projects or supporting complex programs of work.
- Experience working in a high-volume internal recruitment function within digital health, technology or NSW Government portfolios will be highly beneficial to your success
