Support Analyst - AFM Online

1. Proven experience as a support analyst working on enterprise asset management systems in a large and complex service industry organisation, including relevant qualifications or equivalent. This includes experience in test and production support environments.
2. Strong customer service skills including experience providing technical advice to non-technical customers, dealing with challenging clients and achieving solutions for customers.
3. Demonstrated experience supporting, and working knowledge of, enterprise asset management systems.
4. Sound knowledge and understanding of asset management functions, processes and terminology across corporate real estate, environmental sustainability, CAD and space management, operations and maintenance and capital works functions.
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills with proven engagement, collaboration and negotiation skills and the demonstrated ability to build, maintain and use relationships with customers, vendors and stakeholders.
6. Proven organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results with a customer focused approach.
7. Demonstrated experience capturing and collating information from various sources to prepare and provide reports for stakeholders.
