  1. Please outline your experience in managing multiple ICT priorities concurrently, whilst addressing diverse stakeholder needs in providing services given the variety and complexity of systems.
  2. Provide an example of how you delivered constructive feedback to a staff member? Provide an example illustrating how you linked this feedback to building on the staff member’s strengths and achieving business unit results.
  3. Recall a time when you had to shift work priorities due to an unexpected complex business issue. Describe the situation, what you did and the outcome.
  4. In your experience, what are the biggest risks that ICT projects face and how can these be mitigated.
