- Please outline your experience in managing multiple ICT priorities concurrently, whilst addressing diverse stakeholder needs in providing services given the variety and complexity of systems.
- Provide an example of how you delivered constructive feedback to a staff member? Provide an example illustrating how you linked this feedback to building on the staff member’s strengths and achieving business unit results.
- Recall a time when you had to shift work priorities due to an unexpected complex business issue. Describe the situation, what you did and the outcome.
- In your experience, what are the biggest risks that ICT projects face and how can these be mitigated.
