About the Opportunity
As a Program Manager reporting to the Executive Director of Architecture and Delivery at eHealth NSW, you will help make a real difference in healthcare through your pro-active leadership in planning, change, and delivery management. 

In this dynamic role you will lead a small team in implementing a program of work to uplift our cyber security posture. You will be responsible for helping enhance cyber maturity across critical platforms, promoting education and awareness, developing tools and resources for Local Health Districts to leverage in driving meaningful and effective operational change. You will work closely with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite, engaging teams across different NSW Health sites. In this collaborative role, you’ll be making a real impact in how we stay secure, informed, and ahead of the curve.  

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and manage the planning and delivery of a critical and highly complex program, including project planning and preparing business cases.
  • Develop strategies for the continuous monitoring, evaluation, and improvement of all aspects of project implementation, ensuring project impact and quality aligns with eHealth NSW initiatives.
  • Provide training and support through developing resources for teams across NSW Health and incorporating Cyber awareness, education, and training on all management tools.
  • Manage and develop stakeholder relationships through influential and effective communication, negotiation skills and issues management. 


About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has extensive experience leading high profile and complex programs.
  • Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership.
  • Has exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively in both written and verbal format.  
  • Has strong strategic problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on delivering outcomes.
  • Previous experience in managing cross-functional taskforces will be highly beneficial.
