• Demonstrate extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Endeca Information Discovery,  Integrator ETL, eQL, Java, PL/SQL and Oracle Applications Development Standards and Methodologies, as well as high level working knowledge of Oracle Applications Framework (OAF), and/or JDeveloper, and JMeter.
• Provide an example of a time when you had to manage multiple tasks working under pressure. Describe the situation, the skills you used to manage the situation and the outcome.
• Describe a situation when you had to identify and address issues and potential problems and select the most effective solutions from a range of options. How did you manage the situation?
