- Demonstrated experience in HCM system or similar HR Information System, especially cloud-based systems, in a large and complex/diverse service industry organisation.
- Demonstrated experience working with various stakeholders to troubleshoot functional issues and take appropriate action, including documenting and delivering defect, improvement, or risks identification and management.
