About the Opportunity
As an Executive Assistant within the Single Digital Patient Record Implementation Authority (SDPRIA), you will help make a real difference in healthcare through the provision of high-level executive, administrative and secretarial support to senior leadership, enabling the seamless coordination of critical priorities across a large-scale digital health transformation.
We are currently recruiting two Executive Assistant roles, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to one of the most significant health technology programs in NSW. You’ll support senior leaders in the delivery of the Single Digital Patient Record by coordinating key operational activities, managing priorities and supporting informed decision-making across the executive office. You’ll work with tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and enterprise systems for records, procurement, and document management.
In this role, you will:
- Manage the Executive’s calendar, travel, meetings and communications to ensure efficient prioritisation and use of their time.
- Support key business initiatives by preparing briefs, presentations, reports and agendas to a high standard.
- Coordinate operational tasks and workflows, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are consistently met.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support collaboration, engagement and outcomes.
- Streamline administrative systems and practices to improve efficiency and support continuous improvement.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has strong executive support experience and can confidently manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Possesses exceptional organisational, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Brings a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and related business systems
- Demonstrates initiative and discretion, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgement
- Holds relevant administrative experience and can contribute to fostering a positive, solutions-focused team culture
