Join the team driving the largest digital transformation program for Australia’s largest public health system.

NSW Health has established a Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR) which will provide a secure, holistic and integrated view of the care a patient receives across the NSW Health system. 

The SDPR program will transform how people experience and deliver care across the state, providing benefits for the people of NSW and the NSW Health workforce regardless of their location and role.

It will bring the state healthcare system together, unifying access to patient clinical information in one view. This will help to provide connected, transparent and safe care for any person at any public healthcare setting statewide. All NSW Health care teams and clinicians, no matter where they work, will securely access the same information about a patient in real time from one source.

About the Role 

The Single Digital Patient Record Implementation Authority (SDPRIA) has been established to coordinate the implementation of the SDPR across NSW Health.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to work within the SDPRIA. 

Reporting into the Executive Manager, Office of the Chief Executive, you will provides a range of executive, secretarial and administrative support services across a range of complex issues to support the Senior Executive/s achievement of organisational objectives. Working as part of a team, the EA will ensure a high level of collaborative support and service for the Single Digital Patient Record Implementation Authority (SDPRIA).

About you

To be successful, you will have:

  • Proven ability to take initiative, enhancing workplace efficiency and functionality.
  • Extensive experience delivering top-tier administrative and executive support, complemented by advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and expertise in procurement and record management systems.
