Health Manager Level 3, commencing salary from $127,150 plus super and annual leave loading

What you will do
As an integral member of the Culture & Organisational Development team, you will:
- Partner with key stakeholders to develop, implement, and continuously improve organisational development strategies that align with our strategic objectives.
- Design and lead programs that build leadership and team capabilities, enhance engagement, and strengthen our culture across eHealth NSW.
- Facilitate impactful learning and development initiatives, including workshops and hands-on experiences, to support the growth of our leaders at every level.
- Coach managers to enhance skills in areas such as team performance, people management, communication, and customer service.
- Lead the implementation of our culture development initiatives, such as engagement and culture surveys, and create tailored interventions that drive meaningful change.
- Support talent management initiatives, focusing on identifying, developing, and retaining a high-performing, engaged workforce.
- Collaborate with colleagues across People & Culture to ensure leadership development and talent strategies are embedded, evaluated, and impactful.
About you
We’re on the lookout for someone with the passion, drive, and skills to help us grow our people and culture – someone who truly embodies the NSW Health CORE values and our organisational DNA. Additionally, we’re looking for:
- Tertiary qualifications in Organisational Development, Organisational Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience leading organisational development, culture, and employee experience initiatives, including change management and learning & development programs.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
- A passion for fostering a positive workplace culture and the ability to balance competing demands effectively.
