About the Opportunity
Join SDPR’s Cross Stream Delivery Team as a Clinical Analyst and help shape the future of patient care.
We're looking for a passionate clinical expert to drive innovation in how healthcare is delivered. As a Clinical Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of transforming clinical workflows—ensuring they're efficient, sustainable, and, above all, safe for patients.
In this role, you will:
- Lead transformation by collaborating with clinical teams to analyse workflows and guide full-cycle implementation—from design to go-live.
- Steer success by applying your clinical expertise and product knowledge to help project teams implement effective solutions—resolving challenges and applying insights from past experience to drive continuous improvement.
- Drive lasting change by integrating future-state workflows into clinical practice, managing issues during testing, and ensuring benefits are realised through effective change management.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- A qualified clinical professional, or equivalent, holding a relevant tertiary qualification with extensive clinical experience.
- Demonstrated clinical experience relevant to the full lifecycle of clinical ICT project implementation, including initiation, design, build, testing, training, go-live and operational support.
