Benefits Realisation Lead

1. Extensive experience managing the review and analyses of complex ICT business processes and services in a large and complex service industry organisation, including relevant qualifications or equivalent. This includes demonstrated experience in identifying business process and technology benefits, and measuring and reporting of benefits to a diverse range of stakeholders.
2. Superior interpersonal, consultation, facilitation, negotiation and communications skills with extensive experience engaging and influencing key stakeholders and customers to achieve optimal business outcomes and demonstrated capacity to broker effective ICT systems and solutions with a diverse range of internal and external key stakeholders.
3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office with extensive Excel experience.
4. Experience in facilitating and running workshops, analysing and interpreting qualitative and quantitative information, preparation of reports, understanding the stakeholder environment and providing advice and insight as appropriate.
5. Extensive experience in research, data collection, analysis and executive presentation methods with excellent computer literacy.
6. Highly skilled and experienced in taking the initiative, prioritising and delivering solutions in a dynamic, challenging and complex environment.
