Selection criteria:
- Current enrolment in the first year of a Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia-approved health degree, leading to registration as a registered nurse (Division 1).
- Demonstrated commitment and ability to work as part of a nursing team.
- Demonstrated interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with patients, their families and other staff.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of person-centered care and evidence-based practice.
- Demonstrates ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Consistently demonstrate behaviours that reinforce the CORE values of the organisation: Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment.
