Remuneration: $127,150.00 – $144,444.00 per annum, plus superannuation and 17.5% leave loading

What you’ll be doing
The role will identify, manage and co-ordinate the development and implementation of key Cervical Screening Program projects to drive the achievement of Divisional objectives in line with the NSW Cancer Plan and National Cervical Screening Program Elimination Strategy.

In addition to base salary:
- 11.5% superannuation
- 4 weeks annual leave (plus 17.5% leave loading)
- 10 days sick leave
- 40 hours per week which include accrual of monthly Allocated Day Off (ADO) x 12 per year.

Essential requirements
- Demonstrated experience in high level project management and the application of project management principles, methodologies and techniques within the 'health' environment.
- Proven leadership experience and the ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a small team.
- Tertiary qualifications in an appropriate discipline such as health, public health or health promotion and/or equivalent experience and knowledge.
- Demonstrated high level communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities including ability to influence and work with stakeholders to achieve effective outcomes and deliverables.
If successful for interview candidates must bring original copies of essential qualifications to be sighted by the panel, and one copy to provide to panel.
Pre-screening questions
- Please provide clear examples of your experience in managing key projects. How did you ensure robust processes and successful outcomes in terms of project implementation, risk and budget management? What challenges did you face, and what steps did you take to overcome them?
- Can you describe the key elements of effective stakeholder engagement and outline some lessons you have learned from developing projects with large stakeholder groups? How have you maintained strong networks and ensured ongoing, collaborative relationships?
