The Cancer Institute NSW is the NSW Government’s cancer control agency, established to lessen the impact of cancer across the state.

What you’ll be doing
The Partnerships and Impact Program Manager will develop and shape the Cancer Institute's research and innovation programs by leading strategic partnerships and demonstrating the impact of the Cancer Institute's research and funded programs to the health sector. These two large programs are essential in supporting the achievement of strategic objectives of the NSW Cancer Plan.
Remuneration/Benefits
In addition to base salary:
- 11.5% superannuation
- 4 weeks annual leave (plus 17.5% leave loading)
- 10 days sick leave
- 40 hours per week which include accrual of monthly Allocated Day Off (ADO) x 12 per year.

Essential requirements
- Tertiary and/or postgraduate qualification in an appropriate discipline such as health, public health or health promotion or equivalent, and relevant professional experience and training.
- Demonstrated understanding of the NSW and national cancer research sector including knowledge of trends, issues, policies and practices.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and engagement, coupled with effective presentation and communication skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, including interpersonal, verbal and written.
- Experience managing a small team.
If successful for interview candidates must bring original copies of essential qualifications to be sighted by the panel, and one copy to provide to panel.
